Shipping Methods
Our products are dispatched directly from our headquarters in Slovenia or our warehouse in Italy to destinations within the EU and
Great Britain. The choice of shipping methods may vary depending on your location:
GLS (General Logistics Systems)
DHL (DHL Express)
DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution)
The anticipated delivery time for shipments from Slovenia to within the EU and GB, using any of the three service providers, is up to 7 business days.
Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are covered by Cesarec Company. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping. Your order will be delivered safely and efficiently, without any additional charges.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs delays, or carrier issues may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cesarec is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you encounter delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
Returns Due to Failed Deliveries
Orders returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Return Criteria
We graciously accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, inclusive of all labels, packaging, and accessories. Your responsibility extends until the product safely reaches our return address, so please ensure meticulous packing to prevent damage during transit. Regrettably, returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted, and additional shipping costs could apply. Your understanding is highly appreciated, and we reserve the right to claim compensation for any potential damage to returned products.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@cesarec.eu, providing details about your experience and the reason for return. We value your feedback and aim to ensure your satisfaction.
Return Process
Upon receiving your request, our team will review the provided information, and we will guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will immediately process your refund. For purchases made via PayPal, any amendments to orders will incur an administration fee of up to 10.00 EUR, payable to PayPal Inc. Beyond the European Union, customs duties, sales taxes, and exchange rates are non-refundable through our service. Nevertheless, you might explore the possibility of reclaiming these charges by directly contacting your local customs bureau. Please note that this option may not be universally applicable, and in such cases, we advise considering the engagement of a customs broker should you seek to reclaim duties on returned products.
Please be aware that card refunds may take up to thirty (30) business days, depending on your bank's processing time. The duration can vary among card issuers, and unfortunately, we cannot expedite this process.
